Styled for your occasion

Tell us the season, the colors, or the room, and we build the table around it.

Personal from the name up

VIP is a person. Kirsten started the company with her grandmother's initials on it, and it still shows.

Sourcing If you buy from particular farms, makers, or markets, that line belongs here. We have not written one — a sourcing claim has to be yours and true.

Valma Issabel Paz

The name is a person

Kirsten Saphrey named the company for her grandmother, Valma Issabel Paz, before she made the first board.

Valma's story Two or three sentences about her, in Kirsten's own words — what she cooked, who she fed, and what she would make of this. We have deliberately not written it.

How ordering works

Three steps, and we do most of them.

  1. 01

    Choose your board or event

Browse the menu, or just tell us what the day needs.

  2. 02

    Tell us the details

The date, the headcount, where it is, and anything to work around.

  3. 03

    Gather

We deliver, or you collect, and the table is ready. Lead time TBD
